There had been rumours about The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance making a presence at San Diego Comic Con 2019, starting off with Lisa Henson doing signings at Insight Editions booth on Friday 19th July 2019 at 11:30am.
Weta Workshop announced recently that they’ll be showing off their Age of Resistance collectibles at their booth for the first time.
Now we finally got the confirmation that the show will be making a presence at SDCC from Netflix!
All we know so far is that the cast will be making an appearance.
What does cast mean, is it just voice over artists that’ll be at the convention, or only the puppeteers, or perhaps both?
I hope that it’ll be both the voice over artists and the puppeteers, it would be fantastic moment to see both voice over cast and puppeteers meet for the first time at SDCC and also be amazing if we do get to see the puppets on stage with demonstrations by the puppeteers! Guess we’ll find out in a couple weeks time!
