It’s been over a month now since the release of The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance and we’re all probably wondering when we might hear whether they’ll be another season of the show or not.
We know that on October 12th 2019 there’ll be a panel for The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance happening with LA Comic Con, no announcements on guests that’ll be part of the panel, though do anticipate a few surprises.
Which leads me to speculate that if they’re going to announce a second season of the show publicly, LA Comic Con would be a best bet.
This is purely speculation on my part, but I do think that this panel is one to watch this space.
Usually Netflix would announce show renewals through social media but I think it would be interesting approach for LA Comic Con to get the announcement first and then it goes all over Netflix’s and Dark Crystal social media.
I’m actually surprised how short of a panel it is for 25 minutes, so be interesting to see how much they’ll have to talk about the show.
So overall, I do think we’ll hear an announcement by end of October, with mid October at the earliest. See what happens.
